The Gallipoli Campaign was one of the greatest Ottoman victories during the WWI and is considered a major Allied failure. In Turkey, it is also regarded as a defining moment in the nation’s history: it was the basis for the Turkish War of Independence and the founding of the Republic of Turkey.

Farser Simon –
History student and visiting this place while in Turkey would have been unimaginable. I opted for a daily Galipoli Tour by bus and it served as one of the best choice i made.
Totally recommended !!
